Usage:

Shake the bottle vigorously for 10 seconds before each use to ensure even distribution of the ingredients. For adults, take one full dropper on an empty stomach one to two times daily, holding under the tongue for 30 seconds before swallowing or diluting in a small amount of water or juice if preferred. Children ages 2-5 may take a quarter dropper once daily, ages 6-12 a half to three-quarters dropper once daily, and ages 13 and up the full adult dose—always under adult supervision and after consulting a healthcare professional. Start with the lowest suggested amount to assess tolerance, and take at least two hours apart from medications or meals to avoid interference.
