Himalayan Salt contains many minerals including calcium, copper, iodine, iron, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, potassium, selenium, sodium and zinc – Himalayan pink salt is one of the best things to soak in! Epsom Salt is also great to absorb amazing minerals and soothe sore muscles!
Not only will the salt help pull some toxins out of your skin and circulate blood flow, it can even help relax your body before bed by soothing sore muscles!
Directions: Pour up to 1/3 of the bag into a warm running bath. Soak for at least 20 minutes to help with congestion and stuff noses. This is a 16 oz bag so you should have plenty for 3-4 nice long soaks.
