Shake well before use.

Adults: Spray 1–2 times into the back of the throat, up to 4–6 times daily as needed. Children over 2: Spray 1 time, up to 3–4 times daily, under adult supervision. Aim the nozzle toward the throat, spray while holding your breath, then swallow. Wait 15–30 minutes before eating or drinking for optimal relief. Do not use for children under 2 without consulting a healthcare professional. Test for allergies, especially to propolis or honey, before regular use. Discontinue if irritation occurs. Store in a cool, dark place or refrigerate for a 6–12 month shelf life. Consult a doctor if symptoms persist beyond 7 days.
